1. Who we are

This website is operated by Rehbar Fin Services Pvt. Ltd.(“Rehbar”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated in India, with its corporate office at 1/1, The Presidency, #1, 4/1, St Marks Rd, Shanthala Nagar, Ashok Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001.

We are a distributor of regulated investment products, registered with AMFI as a mutual fund distributor (ARN‑162773) and with APMI as a PMS distributor (APRN‑07345).

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact enquiries. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and message.
• Account information. If you create an account, we collect your email address and a password. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are stored only as salted hashes — we never see or store your password in readable form.
• Correspondence. Records of emails, calls and messages you exchange with our team.

Information collected automatically

• Your browser user-agent string, recorded with contact-form submissions to help us identify automated abuse.
• Standard server logs generated by our hosting provider, which may include IP address, request time and pages requested.

We do not collect financial account numbers, PAN, KYC documents or payment details through this website. Where an investment requires such information, it is collected directly by the relevant asset management company, registrar or platform under their own privacy terms.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you ask for.
• To administer your account and keep you signed in.
• To meet our legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations as a registered distributor.
• To detect, prevent and investigate misuse of this website.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use a deliberately small number of browser storage mechanisms:

• Session cookies set by our authentication provider, which keep you signed in. These are strictly necessary — without them, accounts cannot work.
• Theme preference, stored locally in your browser so the site remembers light or dark mode.
• Session storage, used to remember that you dismissed the app-install banner for the current visit.
• A service worker cache, which stores pages and assets on your device so the site works offline.

We do not currently use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can clear any of the above through your browser settings.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data only where necessary, with:

• Service providers who host this website and its database and provide authentication, acting on our instructions and bound to protect the data.
• Asset management companies, registrars and portfolio managers, where you ask us to facilitate an investment.
• Regulators, auditors and law enforcement, where we are legally required to disclose.

6. How long we keep it

We retain contact enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and to keep a reasonable business record. Where records relate to a distributed investment product, we retain them for the period required by applicable law and regulator guidance. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

7. Security

This site is served over HTTPS with strict transport security, and access to submitted enquiries is restricted to authorised administrators through database-level access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted over the internet, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable Indian data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:

• confirm what personal data of yours we hold, and give you access to it;
• correct data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date;
• erase data we no longer have a lawful reason to keep;
• withdraw a consent you previously gave us; and
• raise a grievance about how we have handled your data.

9. Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
